 Lead times vary depending on which product you order. Our current turn around time is approx 2-4 weeks for most Blinds.

Shutters our Exclusive UK Range is approx 4-6 weeks and our non UK Range is approx 8-12 weeks from ordering

Absolutely, we provide custom blinds tailored to fit non-standard window shapes and sizes. 

The cleaning method depends on the type of blinds you have. Generally, you can dust venetian blinds with a feather duster or wipe them with a microfibre  cloth.

For fabric blinds gentle spot cleaning.

We provide specific care instructions for each type of blind upon installation.

We stand behind the quality of our blinds and shutters, should there be any issues you have your manufactures warranty which covers you against any manufacturing defects that may occur.

Our blinds are backed by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Our Shutters come with 5 years for our UK Range and 3 years for our Non UK Range.

Maintaining our shutters is incredibly easy, they’re exceptionally low maintenance.

You won’t require any specialised equipment or cleaning agents

When your shutters are installed you will receive an aftercare pack which will have all you need.

Do not use wet clothes or any chemicals including wipes, polishes as this will wear away the UV coating they have.

 Our most popular option is lithium rechargeable motors which last approx 6-9 months depending on usage.

To charge them up just simply plug the charger into the blinds and it will take around 1-2 hours to charge
